• Orders placed through our platform are considered final once confirmed.
• Misuse of our services or fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited.

2. Products & Availability

• All bakery products are subject to availability.
• Images are for representation purposes; actual products may slightly vary.
• Custom cakes and designs depend on feasibility and availability of ingredients.

3. Orders & Payments

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or order confirmation.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unavailability or operational reasons.
• In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

4. Delivery

• Delivery is carried out as per selected time slots or availability.
• Customers must ensure availability at the delivery location.
• Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of bakery products:

• Orders cannot be cancelled once preparation has started.
• No returns are accepted after delivery.
• Refunds are applicable only in case of wrong or damaged products.

6. Custom Orders

• Custom cakes require advance notice and confirmation.
• Designs and flavors once finalized cannot be changed at the last minute.

7. User Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery details.
• We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

8. Limitation of Liability

VT Bakes is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our services or consumption of our products.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kerala.
