Refund & Return Policy

At VT Bakes, we take great care in preparing fresh bakery products. Due to the perishable nature of our items, we follow a strict no-return policy.

1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before preparation begins.
• Once the order is prepared or out for delivery, cancellation is not allowed.
• Custom cake orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

2. Returns

We do not accept returns for bakery products due to hygiene and safety reasons.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

• Wrong item delivered
• Product received is damaged during delivery
• Order not delivered

Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof (photos or videos).

4. Non-Refundable Situations

• Incorrect address provided by customer
• Customer not available at delivery location
• Change of mind after order is prepared
• Taste or preference-related complaints

5. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 working days
• Refund will be credited to the original payment method
